We understand the challenge of not having what you need, when you need it, which is why our team has been problem-solving transformer and electrical equipment needs for over two decades! Let us be your go-to guide in navigating power challenges – our high-touch approach will give you back time and keep you on track!
Start A QuoteRichard Brown is a 20-year veteran in the electrical contracting and wholesale electrical equipment industry. Richard got his start making fixture whips in the garage of a contractor in Spring, TX. He attended Texas A & M University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. After graduation, Richard moved to Denver, CO and enrolled in a training program with a large electrical wholesaler, and began management of a single location in Casper, WY. After three years in Wyoming Richard moved back to Denver and worked for a distributor/value-added reseller of electrical apparatus and equipment. In2018, Richard began H2LV while on the shores of Maui, Hawaii. Ultimately that is what happens when you get fired while on vacation.
As the saying goes, “Everything happens for a reason!”
Max is somewhat of a newcomer to the electrical industry. Max joined Richard at High to Low officially in 2021 and led the effort of the acquisition of H & H Transformer, Inc. Max spent 15 years in the Denver oil and gas industry with increasing roles of responsibility at large Exploration and Production companies, focusing largely on business development and mergers and acquisitions – whether it is negotiating a fractional oil and gas lease or supporting a 9-figure acquisition.
At H2LV Max focuses on making day-to-day operations as seamless as possible while piloting the long-term and rapid growth of the company – be it organically, through strategic partnerships, or additional acquisitions. Max is a Colorado native, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, and a Masters of Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado. Max lives in Littleton, CO with his wife, son, daughter, and a fluctuating number of animals.
Max has a saying: “If everything is in control, you are not going fast enough”
